*The participants should be aware that this experience, although designed with the interns’ gifts in mind, is an all-encompassing experience that will eventually expose them to all forms of ministry that may be outside of their intentions. This is intended for the benefit of the intern to learn much and be prepared for various aspects of the ministry as a whole. Thankfully, the Kingdom of God is diverse, and this means that the leaders must be prepared for such diversity in order to be effective.
